In this class, we explore childbirth coping techniques that you can do by yourself or with the help of your partner or other support people.

Birth Prep Class: Comfort Measures

March 21, 2024 at 5:30-6:45pm at Coloma Public Library.

Pregnant people and their partners and other labor support members are welcomed!

Come to an interactive class to learn and practice all the comfort measures and positions you can use during childbirth to help YOU or your partner during labor. This class will be taught by local birth doulas.

What you will learn in this interactive class:
  • Breathing Techniques
  • Birth & Peanut Ball Positions
  • Movement techniques whether you are sitting, standing or laying down
  • Positions that you can do (with or without an epidural)
  • Massages and counter pressure

Free spots are limited so register today! If you have a birth ball and a yoga mat/towel, please bring it to class.
